Terms and Conditions

Deposit—A 10% deposit, paid by wire transfer, PayPal, or credit card payments, is required to confirm the booking. For the booking to take effect,

Gayora Tours must state in an email to the client that it has received the deposit. 90% of this deposit is refundable.

Credit Cards—A transaction fee of 3.5% will be added to any PayPal or credit card payments. Alternatively, bank-to-bank wire transfer is available.

Balance—The remaining balance (90%) is due 14 days before the trip begins.

Refund—If the client cancels the trip between 7 and 13 days after the trip begins, a 90% refund will be issued.

– Postponement to any future date is available until December 31st, 2025, at no additional cost.

– If the trip is postponed to 2026 and Tanzania Park fees are increased, the client will be responsible for the fee difference. If Tanzania park fees remain the same, there will be no additional fee.

Trip Cancellations—Trip cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Local Moshi Adventures.

Trip Interruptions—If the Client leaves the trip—voluntarily or involuntarily—under any circumstance after the trip has begun, any additional                                                                    

The cost incurred due to such actions is the responsibility of the client. There are no refunds for services not utilized.

Liability Waiver—For the climb/safari to depart, a signed liability waiver must be received by Local Moshi Adventures.

Insurance: Medical travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking is a mandatory requirement to participate in our climbs.

Booking—By making a booking, the Client accepts and is bound by these Terms and Conditions.

A booking is accepted and becomes definite only when the company sends an email explicitly stating that the trip is confirmed.
